Chief Executive Officer

Jeff Parker has been in the healthcare staffing industry for 20 years now. Jeff started out working the books in the accounting department with a larger organization and held many different positions with that company before leaving and launching SUMO Medical Staffing in 2007. “I felt that clients and providers want to have a single point of contact and that is what our goal has been with this company”. Jeff is constantly looking at how many lives the SUMO providers touch each year and he finds great joy in knowing that we are making a difference with these patients, families and communities. Jeff is very passionate about this industry and is constantly looking at ways to improve the way we do business. When Jeff is not working he enjoys spending time with his family in the Wasatch Mountains. Whether it is hiking, biking or skiing being in the outdoors is where he feels most at home.

Boyd Waters

Chief Operations Officer

Boyd has been in the Healthcare Staffing Industry for over 13 years. He helped launch SUMO Medical Staffing in 2007 along with Jeff Parker. Boyd manages the Operations of SUMO along with leading the Government team. He also continues to maintain and manage a few select clients and physicians that he has worked with for several years to stay close to the everyday aspects of the business. Boyd is married and has 3 children who he loves to spend time with when he's not at work. He also loves both watching and playing sports, traveling to new locations, and being outdoors.

Kelly Nackos

Chief Strategy Officer

Kelly has been in the healthcare staffing and recruiting sector for over 27 years and is a tenured industry leader. He launched Allied Health Search in 2009 to help meet the burgeoning demand for healthcare staffing services by Advanced Practice Professionals. Additionally, Kelly remains on the front lines mentoring team to ensure that Allied Health Search’s laser-like approach to meeting client expectations remains our primary goal. Kelly truly has a passion for the staffing industry and being involved in all aspects. Additionally, Kelly serves as Executive Vice President for Sumo Staffing and is an integral part of our success. Outside the office, Kelly enjoys being in the outdoors, whether he’s on the golf course, camping, traveling or spending time with his three grandchildren.

Kevin Anderson

Chief Finance Officer

Kevin has 8 years of experience in the healthcare staffing industry. He received his undergraduate degree in Accounting from the University of Utah and his MBA with an emphasis in Accounting from Westminster College. In addition to his CFO role, he handles several accounts for key clients and enjoys the relationships that are built while fulfilling client’s needs. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, sports, and spending time with his wife and young son. He loves to go camping, hiking and most other outdoor activities with his family.

Dee Dee Fullmer

Director of Physician Recruitment

Dee Dee is coming up on 5 years in the healthcare staffing business this Dec. As a tenured manager and provider representative, she loves the relationships she is able to make with doctors and other providers and she directs her recruiters to establish these same strong, long term relationships with their physicians”. They know she is always there to help them day or night. Even if all they need is a good laugh. Dee Dee has been married over 30 years and resides in the beautiful city of Draper, Utah. Disneyland is still her favorite thing to do along with adding to her many Disney collections of pins and big figs. Dee Dee loves to laugh and does it constantly. She keeps the office in good spirits and is an integral part of our company’s culture. When not at work, her 5 grand kids keep her young at heart.

Randy Collins

Director of Physician Recruitment

Randy was born in Oklahoma City, OK. Since then, he has lived in Glendale, CA; Austin, TX; Phoenix, AZ and now Salt Lake City, UT throughout his life. Randy has held a manager role in physician locums recruiting for 4 years and brings a lot of value and talent to the SUMO team. Randy is a Director over the Hospitalist team and still insist on managing his own book of business and continues to build relationships with new physicians every day. In his spare time, Randy has done personal security work for rock stars since 1994 and is a former college football starter who earned tryouts to the NFL. He thoroughly enjoys speaking to intellectual people throughout the day who care about patients, families and the betterment of others. He attended the University of Utah where he majored in Business Management. When he’s away from work he loves attending concerts, playing golf, poker, traveling and spending time with his family.

Christy Broadhead

Associate Physician Recruiter

Christy is an integral part of the company success as she manages the liaison between the recruiters and client representatives. She implements standards and protocols that enable Sumo to provide the best experience possible. While focusing on recruiting relationships, she has also spent time working with clients as well as credentialing to ensure the best possible service in all facets of the business. Christy’s experience includes healthcare service, customer service and maintaining client relationships.

Chris Dallof

Director of Sales

As a 17-year veteran in the medical staffing industry, Chris brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to SUMO. In his role as Director of Sales, Chris works diligently with his team to provide effective and seamless interactions with our clients. Chris is very detail-orientated and works very closely with his team to make sure that the hospitals and clinics we work with have everything they need to be successful. Outside of work, Chris is a sports fanatic and does not miss a chance to cheer on the 49ers with his family.

Jake Nackos

Marketing Director

Jake has been with Sumo since 2010 and loves working in the healthcare industry. He began here as a recruiter where he placed many practitioners across the Unites States. Since the beginning of 2015, he has transitioned into the role of Marketing Director where he heads up our online presence and works with others to help grow the company. Jake enjoys the outdoors very much and spends his time either traveling with his wife and son, or relaxing and taking photos.
