We are looking for coverage for the following shifts:

• May 1 (Nights)

• May 5 (Nights)

• June 16-20 (Nights)

• June 24-25 (Nights)

PPD: 12-15

CA License, active and unrestricted

Board Certified Family Medicine

ACLS

Required;

CA License, active and unrestricted

ACLS, BLS
