·        14 Shifts per month; Target start November 1 2021

·        Floating between locations

·        Procedures: Central line, Dialysis Catheter, Intubation

·        EMR: Cerner

REQUIRED: 

·        AZ state license; active, unrestricted & DEA

·        BC/BE

·        Critical Care fellowship

·        ACLS

COMPENSATION:

·        Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing and transportation needs, etc.)
