DESCRIPTION: 

Average Time to Credential: 90-120 days 

Length of Need: Until 1 FTE is hired 

Shift Schedule: Mon thru Fri; (7a-4p or 8a-5p)

Call: is required. Mon thru Sun 4p/5p until 7a/8a

Weekends: not required, except for call as listed above 

Minimum # of shifts per month: 15-20 

EMR-Mckesson, Meditech

BC/BE required

Covid vaccination required
