DESCRIPTION: 

·        Rounding, review and signing of presented Pre-Admission Screens, signing of IPOC's in CMS compliance timeframe, completion of consult and Post Admission Physician Evaluation in CMS compliance guidelines, leading team conference.

·        EMR: ProDoc, Paragon; most MD's use dictation system options for documentation on IRF

 

REQUIRED: 

·        TX state license; active, unrestricted 

·        ACLS, BLS, DEA

·        Board Certified PM&R

 

COMPENSATION:

·        Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing, and transportation needs, etc.)

·        Malpractice insurance provided

 

SCHEDULE:

·        8a-5p; Mon- Fri & 8a-12o; Sat-Sun.
