Sumo Medical Staffing is looking for a Nurse Practitioner to provide long term coverage in Wurtsboro, NY. Must be able to see all ages, 2 plus.

Dates: June 2, 2025 for 6 months

Monday: 12p-5p, Tuesday: 7:30am-4:30pm, Wednesday: 8am-5pm, Thursday: 7:30am -5pm.

Only 30min Lunch.

Provider will see ages 2+,

NY Workers com/Occupational experience is required.

7-13 patients per day.

EMR Centricity

Setting: Employee Health Clinic for employees and their families

Providing Primary Care, Occ Med and Workers Comp

 

REQUIREMENTS:

• Active NY license
• Active DEA
• Certifications- BLS
• 3 years of experience
