DESCRIPTION: 

Option 1: 

• Monday - Thursday every other week with 2 days clinic and 2 days surgery schedule
• Clinic: Open 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. 
• Average number of outpatients: 15 per day
• Average number of surgical procedures: 1 - 2 per surgery day
• Will round at hospital
• Will take night call during when attending physician is off
•  Common Diagnosis and Procedures:
  • Ovarian Cancer
  • Endometrial Cancer
  • Uterine Cancer
  • Cervical Cancer
  • Vaginal Tumors
  • Uterine Fibroids
  • Cancer Genetic Counseling
  • Outpatient Laboratory Testing
• One NP in Clinic and 1 PA in Surgery 

Option 2: 

• Monday - Friday, one week per month; Just clinic work.
• Clinic Hours: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
• Average number of outpatients: 15 per day
• Will perform procedures within clinic
•  Common Diagnosis and Procedures:
  • Ovarian Cancer
  • Endometrial Cancer
  • Uterine Cancer
  • Cervical Cancer
  • Vaginal Tumors
  • Uterine Fibroids
  • Cancer Genetic Counseling
  • Outpatient Laboratory Testing
• One NP in Clinic

REQUIRED: 

·        Board Certified Gynecology & Oncology

·        Fellowship in an accredited program

·        Enrolled in IPCF

COMPENSATION:

·        Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing and transportation needs, etc.)
