Sumo Medical Staffing is recruiting for an experienced Psychiatry Physician to work locum shifts in California (CA). Starting as soon as possible, the role offers ongoing work with a competitive market rate and benefits.

The Psychiatry role:

• 6 or 12-month assignments and all locations have the potential for extending the assignment.
• Credential in Approx. 6-12 weeks
• 8-15 Patients/day.
• No weekends, No call.
• Support team: Offices, Exam Rooms, Guards are close to escort. More than one Provider 2-5.
• PIP – Ongoing treatment.
• OP – Assessment and Diagnosis.
• Multiple Locations throughout the state.

Requirements of the Psychiatry role: 

• CA state license; active, unrestricted
• Board certified Psychiatry
• CA State DEA; CA Cures.
• ACLS- MUST be through American Heart Association
• Residency Completion Certificate, Non-BC okay.
