REQUIRED: 

PA state license; active, unrestricted

Board Certified-Pediatric Cardio Thoracic

ABLS, ACLS, ATLS,BLS,PALS

DEA; active, unrestricted

COMPENSATION:

Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing, and transportation needs, etc.)
