Provider NP/PA Hospitalist Locums: Nags Head, North Carolina (NC).

Sumo Medical Staffing is recruiting an experienced Provider NP/PA Hospitalist Locum to work coverage in Nags Head, North Carolina (NC). Starting as soon as credentialed, the role offers ongoing work with a competitive market rate and benefits.

The role of Provider NP/PA Hospitalist:

  • Critical Dates: Dec-25 (orientation); (7p-7a) Dec 26-Jan 1.
  • Setting: Inpatient only. Census: 17-21.
  • Admissions per APP/daily: 8-10 (day); 5-7 (night).
  • Scope: Admissions, consultations and co-management of ED holds and admitted patients. No critical care duties.
  • Support: General Surgery, Emergency Medicine, OBGYN, Cardiology, Orthopedics, ENT, Primary Care and Oncology.

Requirements of the Provider NP/PA Hospitalist role:

  • Active NC License and DEA, unrestricted.
  • BLS, ACLS – required.
  • Board Certified – NP/PA
  • Agrees with Travel/Housing parameters.
