Description: 

·       Ongoing Monday – Thursday 7:30-4:30, Friday 7:30a-1p

·       Setting: Outpatient Clinic

·       Provider and support staff per shift: 12-16 patients in an 8-hour day per provider (3-4 providers and 4-6 MA’s)

·       Population includes TIA, Stroke, Seizure disorders and other Neurological disorders

·       EMR: EPIC

Required:

·       MI License; active and unrestricted; will consider IMLC

·       Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible

·       Must offer Full-time availability
