  Worksite: North Haven, CT seeing Employees/Retirees seen, Single Provider Clinic, Must be able to draw blood, Wellness Programs  
  Dates:  2/1-2, 2/6 7a-5p

 

Employees/Retirees and dependents (ages 2 and older)

Single Provider Clinic

Wellness with some Occupational Health

Must be able to work Autonomously

Comfortable drawing blood

2 years’ experience preferred

 

REQUIREMENTS:

CT Active State License

DEA

BLS

2 years of experience required
