DESCRIPTION: 

·        20-25 Patients per day (adult only)

·        No weekends; No call

·        DOT Pre-employment physicals & On the job injuries

·        EMR: Occuflex

REQUIRED: 

·        GA state license; active, unrestricted & DEA

·        BLS / CPR Certification

·        DOT/NRCME Certificate

·        Prescriptive Authority/Delegation Agreement

COMPENSATION:

·        Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing and transportation needs, etc.)

·        Malpractice insurance provided

SCHEDULE:

·        9am-6pm

·        Ongoing and reoccurring coverage needs
