SPECIALTY: MATERNAL FETAL MEDICINE

Seeking a Maternal Fetal Medicine physician for locum coverage beginning in July with ongoing availability through December.

Schedule:

Clinic Hours: Mon-Fri; 8:00am-5:00pm w/ 1 hour meal break/period

No call except on the 1 "split" day/shift and only during the scheduled shift - no after hours call coverage

Call response time: 45 minutes

2-3 "patient-facing" 8-hour shifts/week

1 day a week split for hospital consult and clinic

Dates Needed:

Specific Dates available July – December. Will provide upon request

Responsibilities:

Must be able to read ultrasounds.

No deliveries, surgeries, or procedures

Consultative high-risk pregnancy care

Collaborate with experienced genetic counselors and sonographers

Census:

Average patients per shift: 10-14

Age range of patients: Teen to 50 years

70 beds in NICU

Birth center: 45 inpatient beds, 4 OBED beds, 3 OR suites, 1 neonatal stabilization room, and a 4-bed newborn observation nursery

Level II Pediatric Trauma, Level IV NICU

Requirements:

WA License Active and unrestricted

BC/BE-OB/GYN, Fellowship: Maternal Fetal Medicine.
