DESCRIPTION: 

·        Schedule: M-F, 7a-5p (10-hour shifts available); 8-hour shifts also available

·        Required Procedures: Ortho, Spine, Gynecology, Urology, gastric bypass, minimal vascular cases

·        Support: Anesthesia providers, CRNA, Anesthesia Tech

·        EMR: EPIC

 

REQUIRED: 

·        Active NE License or IMLC

·        ACLS, BLS, DEA

·   Nerve blocks

·        Board Certified Anesthesiology

 

COMPENSATION:

·        Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing, and transportation needs, etc.)

·        Malpractice insurance provided
