DESCRIPTION: 

·        Office: 8am-5pm two full days per week, 2.5 days in surgery, half day flex.

·        Weekend call: Fri 5pm-Mon 8am

·        Clinic patients per day: 20

·        EMR: EPIC

 

REQUIRED: 

·        IL state license; active, unrestricted

·        Board Certified or Eligible

·        ACLS, BLS, CSR

 

COMPENSATION:

·        Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing, and transportation needs, etc.)

·        Malpractice insurance provided
