Pain Management Locum Tenens Opportunity in Eureka, CA!

Job Title: Physician, Pain Medicine

Location: Eureka, CA 95503

Start Date: ASAP

Hours Per Week: 40.00

Hours Per Day: 8.00


Position Details:


  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Guaranteed Hours: 8 hours per day, overtime applies after 9 hours per day
  • Setting: Surgery Center for 2 days a week, Clinic for 3 days a week
  • Avg Patients Per Day: 12-15
  • New Patient Appointments: 40 minutes
  • Follow-up Appointments: 30 minutes

Clinical Requirements:


  • Current Certification: Fluoroscopy by the California Radiologic Health Branch
  • Education/Training: Successful completion of an ACGME or AOA accredited residency training program in Anesthesiology or Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation
  • Fellowship: Successful completion of a fellowship training program in Pain Management and/or Pain Medicine, or Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation
  • Current Clinical Competence: Case logs documenting at least 100 cases representative of the scope and complexity of the privileges requested within the previous 24 months

Requirements:

  • Board Certification: Board Certified in Pain Medicine
  • License: Active CA Fluoroscopy
  • Certifications: ACLS
  • Experience: Possibly consider Board Eligible if within 5 years of residency

Schedule:

  • Full-time need Monday-Friday. We can consider one full-time provider or two providers working 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off.
