DESCRIPTION:

· Days, swing & night coverage needed

· 75 cases per day for all staff, 25% are general cases

· No weekends

· EMR: EPIC

· CRNA will prepare Anes cart

· 6 month with option to extend

REQUIRED:

· WA state license; active, unrestricted

· 1 year of CRNA inpatient experience

· ACLS and PALS

COMPENSATION:

· Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing, and transportation needs, etc.)

· Malpractice insurance provided

SCHEDULE:

· 3 days per week minimum | 8, 10 & 12 hour days
