DESCRIPTION: 

·        Start Date: ASAP

·        Schedule: 40 hours per week

·        Setting: Inpatient w/ rounding, Outpatient, Dialysis

·        Patients: 0-2 new consults, up to 10 patients off island includes themselves/family or travel, practice manages hemodialysis unit with 100+ patients.

·        EHR: Care Vue

 

REQUIRED: 

·        Any active state license

·        US or Canada trained

·        Nephrology fellowship or equivalent experience

·        BLS, ACLS

·        DEA

 

COMPENSATION:

·        Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing, and transportation needs, etc.)

·        Malpractice insurance provided
