DESCRIPTION: 

· 8H, 10H, 12H and 16H day shift

· Call is required: Friday night 7p-6a on Monday (split up into 12 or 24 hour shift)

· ASAP thru 1/1/2025

· Total Number of FTE’s needed? 0.6-1.0

· Reason for Coverage: Staffing Need

· Type of Anes Model and supervision ratio: Care Model

· Case types: Must be able to do all cases-cardiac, Cath lab, vascular, OB, thoracic, general, bariatric, urology, gynecology, robotics, etc.

    

REQUIRED: 

·  MN State license; active, unrestricted

·  Board Certified and DEA required

· Certifications/Qualifications Required: CRNA, APRN, ACLS, PALS

· Vaccination Requirements: Flu and COVID-19

 

COMPENSATION:

·        Competitive Market Rate

·        Malpractice insurance provided

 

SCHEDULE:

·   Starting: 7/1/2024-ongoing

·  Credentialling Timeframe: 60 days
