·     Average Consults per day: 3-4

·     How many procedures per day: 102

·     General Surgery: No Trauma

·     Facility Size: 174 Beds

·     Facility Type: Acute Care Hospital

·     Credentialing: 45-60 days

Required:

·     IL License; active and unrestricted

·     Board Certified/Board Eligible

·     Minimum 1 year experience

·     ACLS, BLS, CSR

·     EMR: EPIC
