12/18 9am to 6pm

12/19 7am to 4pm

12/30 9am to 6pm

12/31 7am to 4pm

 

DESCRIPTION: 

·    On-site clinic care at business

·    Seeing emloyees and family members

·    Primary Care and Acute Care

 

REQUIRED: 

·        AR state license;

·        No DEA Required

·        BLS
