• Setting: Outpatient clinic duties; M-F Days 8-hours
• Part-time (2 consecutive weeks) or full-time
• NO Call or weekends
• PPD: 10-14
• EMR: CERNER

Required:

• AZ License preferred, will consider IMLC with LOQ in hand
• Board Certified/Eligible/Fellowship
• DEA
