DESCRIPTION: 

·        Start 1/6/2025 for 1 week of coverage per month.

·        M-F, 8a-4:30p

·        Patients / Consults: 18 clinic patients and 1-2 inpatient consults.

·        Cases: Breast, lung, colon, prostate, melanoma, lymphoma, and heme.

·        EMR: EPIC

 

REQUIRED: 

·        Open to licensing and IMLC

·        ACLS & DEA

·        Board Certified or Eligible

·        3 years of experience 

 

COMPENSATION:

·        Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing, and transportation needs, etc.)

·        Malpractice insurance provided
