Dates 4/21/25- ongoing

M-F, 6a-2p (8hr GT), OT after 8 hours daily

Call: 5% on weekdays, 75% weekends (ER Call primarily)

Patient Population: Adults ONLY

Office/Clinic = 10%, Hospital = 90%

Setting: Outpatient and Inpatient/Acute Care

Daily Caseload: 10 patient per day - 5 Admissions, 5 ICU, 4 Surgeries

Support Staff: 4 physicians, 7 mid-levels

EMR: Epic

REQUIREMENTS

Active SC license - willing to wait for the right candidate to obtain license

Active Board Certification

DEA required 

Certifications- ACLS

2 years of experience
