Critical Dates/Needs: Needing 2-3 weeks of coverage per month in April, May, June, and July with flexibility on which weeks a locums provider covers.

• April 7th – April 10th

• April 14th – April 28th

• May 5th – May 14th

• May 19th – May 31st

• June 1st – June 21st

• June 24th – June 30th

• July 1st – July 25th

• July 31st – August 4th

 

DESCRIPTION: 

• Bread & Butter General Surgery
• Additional skillset seeking: GI Endoscopy

REQUIRED: 

• IL state license; active, unrestricted.
• Board Certified – General Surgery, Adult
• Controlled Substance License
• DEA, BLS.

COMPENSATION:

• Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing, and transportation needs, etc.)
• Malpractice insurance provided.
