Sumo Medical Staffing is recruiting an experienced Inpatient Psychiatry/Physician to work locum shifts in Maui, Hawai’i (HI). The anticipated start is two-weeks from selection as a Locum to Permanent candidate, work with a competitive market rate and benefits.

 

 

 

 The Psychiatry - Outpatient Role:

• Maui Outpatient services available.
• Both city and rural locations.
• Case management, housing, ACTT teams, supported employment, psychosocial rehabilitation programs.
• Substance abuse treatment, and a program evaluation research department.
• Considering Locums with the intent to go permanent.
• Interview in less than one-week. Start in two-weeks, upon selection.

Required:

• HI state license; active, unrestricted.
• Board Certified –Psychiatry; Will work with non-boarded certification status, with experience.
• HI DEA, BLS.

Schedule:

• Full-time, Monday through Friday, 0745-1640.
• 40 hours per week.

Note: Locums considering perm – priority.

• Minimum: 6-month contract. Willing to extend/renew. Open to transitioning to permanent placement.
• Benefits to go permanent include: 21 days of paid vacation per year, 21 paid sick leave, 13 paid holidays, etc.
