Cardiothoracic Surgery: Lebanon PA
Sumo Medical Staffing is recruiting for an experienced Cardiothoracic Surgeon to work locum shifts in Lebanon Pennsylvania (PA). Starting September 2025 , the role offers ongoing work with a competitive market rate and benefits.
The Cardiothoracic Surgery role:
- Every other weekend starting on a Friday at 12pm with coverage until Monday at 7a.
- Periodic coverage for vacation time throughout the year.
- Looking for coverage 9/11-9/15, 11/14-11/17 and 12/5-12/15, all requests start at 12p and end at 7a.
- This position is for a Cardiac Surgeon that can perform CABG and Valves, there is no TAVR done at this location.
- Willing to accept multiple candidates.
- Surgeon will be supported by 1 CRNP, RNFA and 1 PA-C.
- CABG, valves and ecmo are the procedures that are completed at the community hospital.
- Volumes are from 1-5 per week.
- Temporary privileges can be obtained if needed until the hospital committee meets.
- There is 2 mid-level support staff available Monday through Friday and one mid-level over the weekends to assist with any surgical needs and rounding.
Requirements of the role:
- PA state license; active, unrestricted
- Board Certified American Board of Thoracic Surgery
- PA State DEA
- BLS and ALCS
