NP/PA--Breast Surgery Locum position in Salisbury, Maryland (MD)
Sumo Medical Staffing is recruiting for an experienced NP/PA in Breast Surgery to work locum shifts in Salisbury, Maryland (MD). The role begins in August with ongoing work with a competitive market rate and benefits.
The Breast Surgery Role:
Schedule: Day shift, Monday–Friday. Schedule may expand to cover evening or weekend depending on patient demand.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide coverage in the breast surgery outpatient clinic
Perform fine needle aspirations and manage I&Ds
Conduct B&B clinical duties (biopsies, breast exams, post-op care)
Collaborate with breast surgeons and multidisciplinary teams

Requirements of the Breast Surgery Role:
MD state license; active, unrestricted, or IMLC (Compact) in hand
Board certified-NP/PA
Proficiency in breast-specific procedures and patient education
Minimum 3 years RN experience in an office setting
At least 2 years NP/PA experience in a surgical or breast-focused practice
