Sumo Medical Staffing is recruiting for an experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anaesthetist to work locum shifts in Denver, Colorado (CO) Starting in August 26th , the role offers ongoing flexible work with a competitive market rate and benefits.

The Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist role:

Position Details

·        158 beds

·        Level IV Trauma Center

·        30 ICU beds

·        21 ORs, 3 OB Suites, 5 GI

·        12 MD, 18.5 CRNA FTE Model

·        EMR – EPIC

·        CRNAs will require CPAs

CRNA Schedule Details:

·        Main OR (GS): Weekdays – 8, 10.5 day shifts

·        No-Call required

·        CRNA will be Medical Supervision: 100% in Main OR

·        Additional Shift Details Forthcoming (Shift times etc.)

 

·        TYPES OF CASES: Cardiac, Thoracic, Obstetric, Ortho, Neuro, Gen Surg. GI, GYN, Urology, Major Vascular, ENT, Pulmonology, Plastics, Podiatry, Oncology

·        Given full scope of practice  

·        CRNAs Medically Supervised; no direction

·        Teaching responsibilities possible for Internal Medicine Residents

 ·        Who is performing Labor Epidurals? Physicians and CRNAs

EMR: EPIC

Requirements of the CRNA role: 

CO license, active and unencumbered

Minimum 2 years of CRNA experience

Proficiency in epidurals

ACLS, BLS, NBCRNA
