Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospitalist: Foley Alabama
Sumo Medical Staffing is recruiting for an experienced Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospitalist/Physician to work locum shifts in Foley Alabama (AL). Starting in September 2025, the role offers ongoing work with a competitive market rate and benefits.
The Obstetrics and Gynecology role:
- 24 hour beeper call
- 700 deliveries/year
- 4 patients/shift
- Beds: 8 LDR, 16 PP
Required skills:
- Low risk pregnancy
- high risk pregnancy
- OB Ultrasounds
- Routine delivery including vaginal, low forceps, Decision-making for c-section
- Complicated delivery including C-section, Breech, multiple births, abruptions, VBAC's
- Repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations
Requirements of the Obstetrics and Gynecology role:
- AL state license; active, unrestricted
- Board certified OBGYN
- AL State DEA
- BLS, ACLS
